At Hafiz Ibrahim Quran Academy, we strive to maintain transparency and clarity for all students and parents. Please review our terms and fee policy before enrolling:

  1. Enrollment: Students must provide accurate personal details during registration.
  2. Fee Payment: All course fees are payable in advance via credit/debit card or PayPal.
  3. Family Discounts: 20% discount applies for the 2nd and 3rd sibling.
  4. Refund Policy:
    • Refunds are applicable only if the course is canceled by the academy.
    • Fees paid for completed classes are non-refundable.
  5. Course Schedule:
    • Students are responsible for attending scheduled classes.
    • Rescheduling is allowed with prior notice of at least 24 hours.
  6. Code of Conduct:
    • Students must respect tutors and maintain decorum during online sessions.
    • Misuse of online platforms or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the course.
  7. Changes in Policy: Hafiz Ibrahim Quran Academy reserves the right to modify the terms and fee policy at any time.
